Do we ship worldwide?
Heck yes we do! Once you type in your shipping address at checkout, you'll be informed of the shipping charges. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any custom or import fees. Any items returned to Lot801 due to failure of custom or import fees paid, will not be refunded.

How long will it take to receive your order?
Because of the handmade nature of our items, all orders take 7-10 business days to ship. Once your order has shipped, you'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped First Class Mail and take about 3-5 business days to reach its destination.
All international orders can take up to 3 weeks to reach its destination.
If you absolutely can't wait for your items to be delivered, because let's face it you want your little babe looking super fresh ASAP, then please contact email@example.com and we may be able to get your items out sooner.
What if your package is lost or stolen?
Once an item has shipped and issued a tracking number, Lot801 cannot be held liable for lost packages. Lost or missing packages will not be refunded. If you'd like to add insurance to your package (for an additional cost), please email firstname.lastname@example.org PRIOR to placing your order.

What is our return / exchange policy?
Returns – We accept unwashed, unworn item(s) in their original packaging within 7 days of customer receipt date. Once the item(s) has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, less shipping charges. All international purchases are final.
Exchanges – We accept unwashed, unworn item(s) in their original packaging within 7 days of customer receipt date. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will ship your new item(s) to you. All international purchases are final.
Black Friday - All items bought during our Black Friday sale are final purchase and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible. Refund may take up to 10 days to post to your account.

What are our items made from?
Most of our items are made with 100% organic cotton. Although, because each collection is different based on season, we occasionally have items made with spandex, french terry, 100% cotton, etc.

Do we restock "sold out" items?
Occasionally we do restock sold out items. If you're looking for an item that's currently sold out, it's best to sign up for our Newsletter HERE or follow our Instagram HERE, to get the latest shop updates and restock dates.
How do our sizes run?
Good question! All items run true to size with a bit of room to grow. If your child is in between sizes or you're just not sure which size to get, we recommend going a size up.
What's the best way to wash our items?
For best results and to prevent fading, we recommend washing our fabrics inside out with phosphate free detergent in cool or warm water using a gentle or delicate machine cycle.
Tumble dry on a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly.
