PB&J Frozen Yogurt Bites Recipe

PB&J Frozen Yogurt Bites - Makes 15

1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup nut butter (use sun butter for nut allergies)

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1 TBSP chia seeds

2 tbsp. pure maple syrup

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill for 30 minutes. 

Melt chocolate chips. Spoon raspberry mixture into a mini muffin top or mini muffin tin. Drizzle with melted chocolate and freeze for at least 1 hr.
